A position has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our Western Sydney team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for existing clients and other visitors to our office and thus needs to be well presented and professional. A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role is needed to be considered for this position.

 

This position will have responsibility for:

  • Managing the phone system and directing calls as required
  • Collecting, processing and scanning the daily mail
  • Maintaining the client database
  • Receipting daily payments
  • Assisting with client enquiries
  • Liaising with building management etc
  • Data entry
  • ATO correspondence and lodgements
  • Assisting with the preparation, processing and lodgement of ASIC documentation
  • Arranging meetings for the Partner and accounting team
  • General administrative duties and other adhoc tasks as required to assist the team

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Completed HSC
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and is a team-player
  • Has a current drivers licence and own vehicle
