ABOUT THE ROLE:

This position will have responsibility for the following:

  • Account Opening & File Management
  • Data Entry and general administration
  • Prepare client reports and presentations
  • Cash Management and share transfers
  • Book meetings and appointments

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Degree qualified and RG146 accreditation desirable
  • Prior experience in wealth management, working as either a desk assistant or within back office functions
  • Interest in building a career in wealth management
  • Experience in using investment platforms desirable
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure and take instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment
