Our busy Accounting and Financial Planning firm is looking for an exceptional Front Desk Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join the Kelly+Partners team. The Role:

  • Manage the phone system and direct calls as required
  • Collect, process and scan the daily mail
  • Ordering stationery, business supplies for office
  • Organising catering for office functions
  • Assist with some client enquiries
  • Liaise with building management etc
  • General administrative duties as required to assist the team

Ideal Candiddate:

  • Proficient in the use of MS Outlook and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, and is a team-player
  • Ideally you will have a mature level of experience in a Receptionist role
