The Marketing Manager is responsible for positive growth in brand awareness, successful engagement of new and existing customers, and best enhancing efficient operating principals for marketing across the Kelly+Partners business.

 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for annual planning, activation and budget management that delivers brand credibility and revenue potential.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Management
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing plans for Kelly+Partners; this includes strategy, campaign objectives and validation and must support the overall business plans
    • Develop marketing strategies that not only meet creative expectations but make a positive impact on how that activity drives sales and lead generation
    • Drive creative marketing solutions with an ability to innovate on how Kelly+Partners communicates with team members, potential acquisitions and clients
    • Mitigate risk through effective market analysis, information and contingency planning
    • Build, manage and gain appropriate approvals for marketing budget
    • Monitor competitive landscape and stay on top of global trends and strive to educate and evangelise
    • Track and report on performance and impact of marketing activities and analysis
    • Ultimately, helping to keep Kelly+Partners ahead of the curve

 

  • Brand and Marketing Activation
    • Ensure that Kelly+Partners marketing campaigns drive a consistent and compelling brand experience
    • Deliver national annual advertising campaign and media plans
    • Deliver a strong content plan that best builds brand credibility and results in new customer capture
    • Manage photoshoots and collateral requirements, ensuring all business partners are continually up to date with new materials and promotional opportunities
    • Create annual local-marketing plans with each Kelly+Partners office
    • Create annual divisional-marketing plans with each Kelly+Partners divisional leader
    • Create, plan and deliver a robust content marketing plan for Kelly+Partners
    • Coordinate with external vendors to assure excellent marketing output
    • Manage the ambassador marketing programs and relationships
    • Manage key media relationships with leading journalists to best position Kelly+Partners at key times throughout the year
    • Be a brand guardian at all times – ensuring the Kelly+Partners brand is reflected accurately on all materials and merchandise.

 

  • Events and sponsorships
    • Identify, negotiate, engage and maximise the best national sponsorship alignments that achieve Kelly+Partners brand and business goals
    • Build annual calendar of events that best engage our team, our clients and attract new prospects
      • Including supporting Business Managers in delivering strong local event programs
    • Events include but are not limited to awards programs, private client entertainment, sponsorship leverage, new office openings, book launches, and media launches.
    • Reporting across all events

 

  • Digital
    • Redevelop and keep Kelly+Partners website up to date and engaging
    • Google locations review and ensure always up to date and on brand
    • Social media content, management and reporting

 

 

 

  • Management & Team Responsibility
    • Management of Marketing Coordinator and any interns
    • Collaborate closely with Kelly+Partners leadership team, and partners to best support the business

 

  • General Duties
    • Accomplishes organisation goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
    • Marketing reporting and dashboards.
    • Setting up clear templates across marketing and communications activities.
    • Marketing records management.
    • Other duties such as basic administration, contracts and support to the CEO will be required.

 

Key Candidate Attributes:

 

  • Outstanding understand of key brand and marketing ideas
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Significant experience in relevant to role
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Collaborative capability paralleled with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel as required

Flexibility to work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends
