Kelly+Partners Group is looking for a HR Business Partner. Reporting directly to the People, Performance and Culture Manager, you will contribute greatly to the overall management of human resources at Kelly+Partners. This position is about having a hands-on approach to talent attraction, contract compliance, induction and general HR operations supporting our client directors. The role is ideally suited for someone who is wanting to take the next step in their HR career as it offers growth and development opportunities through exposure to wider Human Resources Administration and Strategic Projects.


 Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Attraction & Selection of talent to the group including writing capability statements, advertisements, liaising with Partners and other stakeholders as well as selecting candidates for first round interviews, conducting reference checks and organising work tests for candidates
  • Managing the Recruitment "Expr3ss" database and ongoing talent requirements
  • Documenting contracts of employment and distribution to candidates
  • Onboarding of new employees to Employment Hero (HRIS)
  • Induction of new employees – and running an effective 90 days of engagement program
  • Employment Hero entries, exits and ongoing employee queries
  • Maintaining employee records / documentation
  • Day to day HR administration including performance management, variation to contracts, parental leave enquiries, work health & safety requirements
  • Reporting on HR metrics and recommendations to Senior Leadership
  • HR project management and delivery




To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with people across all levels of the organisation.
  • A determination that achieves set outcomes and a focus on delivering results.
  • Creative thinker who brings a continuous improvement approach to recruitment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High level attention to detail whilst still working under pressure to a fast pace.
  • Energetic, proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Flexible and willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who genuinely "wants the best for others".
  • Qualifications in Business or Human Resources preferred
