A position has arisen for a Business/Practice Manager to join our Sydney team.
This position will have responsibility for the following:
Provide support to Partners, assist with Partners Meetings preparation, agendas, minutes and follow up
Mail scan support
Database management
ATO lodgement management
Mail
Staff amenities
Stationery
Function preparation
Reception relief when required
Prepare and send monthly statements and follow up outstanding payments
New staff Inductions
Arrange travel and accommodation for staff attending conferences and tradeshows
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with clients and staff at all levels
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft office software
Experience using accounting and taxation software
Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
